The Process of Making Fried Chickens




I love fried chickens so much, this is my first English article. Coz I love it so I would like to tell you how to make Fried Chickens. The technique is very simple but I am sure it will be perfect result. Before I tell you How to make fried chickens I must mention the ingredients first. 
What you will need are:
1.        Chickens (A whole chicken. We typically fry 4-12 pieces at a time, although you can use more or less but you might need to adjust your oil level)
2.        4 Cups Seasoning Flour
3.        2 Cups Rice Flour
4.        3 Eggs
5.        1/2 cup Water or Milk
6.        Salt
7.        Pepper
8.        Hot Sauce
9.        Paper Towels
10.    Frying Pan
11.    Cooking Oil
12.    Water
13.    Knife
14.    2 Large Bowl and 1 medium bowl (2 large bowl for flour and chickens, 1 medium bowl for eggs).
15.    Material to soak the chikens (2 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 4 tablespoons of flavor , 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/3 cup chicken broth, 5 cup of water)

How to Make Fried Chickens
If you wanna make a great fried chikens that have a good taste, maybe you need two days. I will explain you now.
Firstly, Clean the chicken especially from it’s feathers and discard the chicken’s organs that aren’t needed.
Secondly, Cut a whole chicken into 8 until 12 pieces, and then wash it by the water in the large bowl until clean. Then mix 2 tbsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 4 tablespoons of flavor , 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/3 cup chicken broth, 5 cup of water  in a pan.  
After that soak 12 pieces of chiken in the materials that I’ve told you before for 24 hours in freezer.
Thirdly, Enter seasoning flour and rice flour in a large bowl, then mix them together with salt and pepper until evenly.
And then, crack the eggs carefully and whisk eggs with a fork in a medium bowl, after that add  the water or milk in this bowl and mix it with the eggs until evenly.
After that take a piece of chicken and then scroll or sprinkle it into the seasoning flour mixture, then dip in through the milk-egg mixture and place it back or scroll into the seasoning flour mixture again.
After that Heat shortening or cooking oil in a frying pan with the medium level stove.
Then fry the pieces of chicken in a frying pan, don’t forget to turn over the chikens and always keep the medium level stove so that the chicken is cooked evenly, perfectly and golden brown. Remove and drain in a paper towel.
Finally, serving the chickens with hot sauce.
